I lacked confidence, I struggled with insecurity and depression. I felt like life was happening to me, but I was never in the present moment. I modified myself to please others and how I thought they wanted to see me. I was at a very low point in my life when I realized that is not what I want in my life, this is not how I want to continue to live. I sought the help that I needed to face my past and current trauma. I had such an amazing and enlightening experience. In that moment, I knew that I wanted to help others, how this wonderful therapist helped me. I discovered my passion is for helping others and helping them to discover their best self.
